Muscle and Dreams is a documentary following the construction of the Old Ghost Road, New Zealand's longest single-track mountain bike trail, beginning with an old gold miner's map and following a group of mountain bike enthusiasts through five years of building their dream.

The Old Ghost Road crosses remote West Coast terrain accessible only to those prepared for serious backcountry. Producing a documentary in these environments across multiple seasons requires genuine field capability. The film was selected for mountain film festivals globally, and was featured as one of the best films of the decade at The Big Bike Night NZ 10-year edition. It was broadcast on TVNZ and Outside TV in the USA.
