DOC Recruitment — South Westland

The Department of Conservation came to us for a recruitment drive for their South Westland office. With MediaFix handling pre-production, we planned and executed a three-day shoot on location around Franz Josef, delivering a hero recruitment film and three individual case study films with real DOC staff.

Franz Josef and the South Westland environment are central to the story — the role and the place are inseparable. Three days on location with the people who actually do the work produces content that a Wellington studio shoot simply cannot replicate.

Recruitment Film Production for New Zealand Conservation

Vision Co produces recruitment films for the Department of Conservation and other New Zealand organisations with regional and remote roles to fill. Our DOC filming permits and experience in South Island conservation environments give us both the access and the authenticity that effective conservation recruitment content requires. We have produced recruitment films for DOC South Westland, the West Coast DHB, and other organisations where the location is as much of the story as the role.
