MUSCLE AND DREAMS is a documentary that follows construction of NZ’s longest single trail - The Old Ghost Road.

Beginning with old gold miner’s map the film follows a group of mountain bike enthusiasts who spend five years bringing their dream to fruition.

MUSCLE AND DREAMS was selected for several mountain film festivals across the globe and The Big Bike Night in NZ where it was also selected as one of the best films of the decade for their 10 year edition.

It was broadcast on TVNZ and Outside TV (USA).
